- What if I need more than 30 reports a month?
- Keep going — each extra report is £5, added to your next monthly invoice. We ask you to confirm the first time in a month, and stop at 50 extras so a busy month can't surprise you. Need more than that regularly? Tell us and we'll raise it.
- What happens where the council doesn't publish TPO data?
- Only 81 of 306 English councils publish their TPOs nationally, plus councils we import directly. Where yours doesn't, the report still checks conservation areas, listed buildings and Article 4 directions, and says clearly that the council's register must be checked. Use the area check above before you start.
- What does the trial include?
- 14 days and up to 3 branded reports. We ask for a card up front; you're not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then in two clicks.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from Billing in your account. Your plan keeps working until the end of the month you've paid for.
